Withdraw from a purchase

1. Who sells

The Custom Badge is sold to you by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record. This page explains how to withdraw from that purchase; it applies together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or a country with a similar law, this is also your legal right. If you agreed at checkout that the badge is delivered right away and that you lose the legal right once it is delivered, the legal right may end on delivery, but our 14-day refund still applies.

3. How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw, by e-mail from the address of your account, with your username and the order number from your Creem receipt. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your message before the 14 days end is enough.

5. Effects of withdrawal

We refund every payment received for the purchase without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your message, through the original payment method and at no cost to you. The badge is then removed from your account.

6. Buy Me a Coffee donations

Donations on Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary gifts, not purchases from btw.bio, so this page does not apply to them. Buy Me a Coffee handles their refunds under its own terms. If a refund brings your total under $4.99, the Donator Badge is removed.
