1. Your rights

You keep the rights to everything you upload to btw.bio. By uploading, you allow us to store and show it as needed to run the service. Only upload content you own or have permission to use.

2. Sending a notice

If you believe content on btw.bio infringes your copyright, send us a notice with: a link to the content; a description of your work; your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner; and your signature (a typed full name is enough).

3. What happens next

We review every complete notice and remove or disable the content when it infringes. We tell the user who posted it and pass the notice on to them, leaving out your private contact details where we can.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake or you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice with a link to the removed content, the reason, your contact details and your signature. We may restore the content unless the rights holder tells us they have started legal action.

5. Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who infringe copyright again and again.

6. False notices

Sending a notice or counter-notice you know to be false can make you liable for damages. If you are not sure that content infringes your rights, get legal advice first.

7. Contact

Send copyright notices and counter-notices to this address, with "Copyright" in the subject.
